All ticket purchases are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued for unused tickets. Patrons should expect that any purchase is a final transaction. We strongly encourage patrons to confirm their availability before completing a purchase.

Purchasing Channels

Tickets can be purchased online through our Thundertix box office, by phone at (250) 862-2867, or in person at the box office, open Tuesday to Saturday 10am–2pm and one hour before showtime.

Service Fees & Charges

Tickets are subject to applicable service fees and charges. All fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Discount Policy

Discounts cannot be combined with any other offer. Only one discount may be applied per transaction.

We accept Cash, Debit, Visa, and MasterCard for all ticket and registration purchases, both online and at the box office.

Pricing

Ticket prices vary by production and seating type. Current pricing is displayed on each event listing. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Performance & Attendance

Show Times

Show end times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the production. We recommend planning for some flexibility in your evening.

Late Arrival

Latecomers may be seated at the discretion of the house manager at an appropriate break in the performance. Entry to the theatre is not guaranteed once the show has begun.

Children & Babes in Arms

Children are welcome at all performances. We recommend checking the show description for content advisories. Our Youth Theatre productions are specifically designed for family audiences. We do not permit ‘babes in arms’ for theatre presentations.

Photography & Recording

Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited during all performances. The use of mobile phones and electronic devices must be silenced before the show begins.

Dinner Service Policy

Dinner & Show Experience

Doors open at 5:30 PM for dinner service prior to evening performances. Food and beverages are not included in the ticket price and are available for separate purchase from our full menu with table service.

Dietary Accommodations

Gluten-free and vegan options are available. Please alert your server of any allergies when you arrive so we can accommodate your needs.

Complimentary Dessert

All table seating guests receive a complimentary dessert, served during intermission. This applies to both evening and matinee performances.

Matinee Performances

There is no food service for matinee performances. A complimentary dessert is still included for table seating guests, served during intermission.

Education & Class Registration

Class Registration Policy

All class and camp registrations are final. No refunds will be issued for unused registrations. Registrations are available through our Education page or by contacting us at (250) 862-2867.

Subscriber Discount

Season subscribers receive 10% off all Actors Studio Academy Foundation class and camp registrations. This discount cannot be combined with other offers.

Payment Plans

We offer an Affirm payment plan option built into our Square checkout for all camps and classes. For custom payment arrangements, please call us at (250) 862-2867.

Gift Cards & Subscriptions

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available for purchase and can be redeemed for tickets and merchandise. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Season Subscriptions

Season subscription packages are non-refundable once purchased. Subscribers receive priority seating, discounts on education programs, and other exclusive benefits as outlined at the time of purchase.

General Policies

Venue Conduct

Kelowna Actors Studio reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any patron whose conduct is deemed disruptive or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.

Event Cancellation

In the rare event that a performance is cancelled by Kelowna Actors Studio, patrons will be offered a credit or exchange for a future performance. Cancellation due to weather or circumstances beyond our control will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
